1) WHAT DOES NEPAL TOUR/TREK PACKAGE OFFER?
Our tour and trek will take you to breathtaking view of Himalaya range, spiritual and historic cities, beautiful tropical hills and landscapes, stunning river, lakes and waterfall and religious and architectural temples and monasteries of Nepal. We offer various culture tour, mountain bike tour, pilgrimage tour and also trekking to different mountains of Nepal.

We also welcome special customize tour where you can choose any itinerary that interest you for touring and trekking and we organize a package accordingly to you request. We also offer physically challenging activities in our tour like rafting, paragliding, bungee jumping etc to join in the group.

2) HOW LONG DOES THE TOUR/TREK LAST?
We offer various tour/trek packages lasting from 1 day to more than 25 days depending upon the destination and activities involved. The options for itinerary, designated destination and scheduled days are given in our websites. You are likely to choose any holiday package that interests you. If you are interested to reduce or extend you holiday package or redesign you holiday package we can do so on your request. We emphasis customize tour as well.

3) HOW DO I BOOK MY TOUR/TREK?
After you choose your itinerary or send us your designed itinerary, you can contact us via email, telephone or enquiry option in our websites. We will shortly be in contact to help and answer your further queries.

4) HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TOUR/TREK?
We collect minimum booking fee from you which will depend on your choice of itinerary. The booking fee can be paid online using PayPal. The remaining amount needs to be paid after you arrival or before starting the journey in Nepal.

5) WHAT HAPPEN IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY TOUR/TREK?
We don’t charge any cancellation fee but you might be charged for hotel or resort room if cancellation is made at last minute of you tour/trek.

6) WHAT IS THE GROUP SIZE FOR TOUR/TREK?
There is no restriction on the size of a group. We provide our assistance to single person to group of 15-20 people for tour/trek.

7) DO YOU PROVIDE AIRPORT PICKUP FACILITY?
Yes, we provide airport pickup facility when you arrive in Nepal and drop you to airport when you depart to your country. If you required airport pickup you should inform us about your arriving time schedules.
We have various convenient vehicle to make you journey run smoothly.

8) DO I HAVE PRE-DEPARTURE MEETING?
Before departure to destination of tour/trek, our tour leader will brief you about your trip. The briefing will cover the itinerary information, time schedule and introduction to the trek leader and group.

9) DO THE GUIDES AND SUPPORT STAFF SPEAK ENGLISH?
Yes, we have experience and well educated guide involve in our tour business. Our guides have good knowledge of English language as well as some extra language like Spanish, French and Chinese. The tour guides are helpful and friendliest and will guide you to every destination making sure you enjoy every bits of you journey.

10) WHAT ABOUT SECURITY DURING THE TOUR/TREK?
We are very concerned about the safety and security of both our clients and staffs. Our guides are trained and experience in handling any situation and will look after you during the entire trek/tour.

11) HOW IS OUR ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENT MANAGED?
Your tour package includes accommodation in it. We are keen to provide you with best accommodation. You will be staying in hotel, lodge and resort at designated destinations which will give you great service.

12) WHAT KINDS OF MEAL ARE SERVED IN NEPAL?
Your meal will be best taken care off. The restaurant and hotel will be serving Nepali cuisine as well as Continental, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican and India cuisine. They will also provide fast food like chips, burgers and pizza.
You will also have choice to stay with local and have local traditional food.

13) DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE BEFORE COMING TO NEPAL?
Yes. The medical treatment and rescue services during your trip can be expensive. Travel insurance is essential to plan for the unexpected and should cover emergency flights, medical expenses and lost or theft of possessions.

14) WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO COME TO NEPAL FOR TOUR/TREK?

There are telephone and internet facilities in almost all routes.

18) IS IT OK TO TOUR/TREK ALONE?
Nepal is safe to travel alone. The tour to historical cities, temples, hillsides and valleys are not risky to travel along using the tour guide book whereas safety-wise you can trek alone on popular trekking route but as a general advice, it is best to trek in a group accompanied by experience guide due to unforeseen climate conditions and diverse land elevation in Nepal.

19) WHAT PARTICULAR DISEASES DO I HAVE TO WATCH OUT FOR?
Malaria, dengue fever, yellow fever is under control in Nepal. But for preventative measure, it is advised to protect yourself from mosquito’s bites by using mosquito netting or repellent especially during summer and monsoon seasons. Keep yourself safe from Hepatitis A, Hepatitis E and typhoid fever by always drinking bottled water or boiled and filter water or iodine or chlorine purified water and eating hygienic food.

20) WHAT MEDICINE DO I NEED TO BRING?
It is highly recommended to carry medicines for common illness like nausea, vomiting, cold, headache, flu, diarrhea and stomach cramp and some medicinal stuff like insect repellent, sunscreen, lip balm, eye drops, antiseptic, bandages and so on

21) WHAT IS TEA HOUSE TREK?
Tea houses are local lodges where you get to eat and sleep during you trek. There are plenty of tea houses across all the trekking routes in Nepal. A tea house trek help in acclimatization as you get to stop and rest each day at a tea house during your trekking period and prevent from altitude sickness. Unlike camping treks you don’t have to carry food, tents and other items during a tea house trek.

22) WHAT IS CAMPING TREK?
Camping treks are more adventurous than tea house treks. Camping treks requires you to carry tents, kitchen gear, food and other equipment and you will be staying in tent

23) WHO CAN DO TREKKING IN NEPAL?
Nepal trek is physically demanding because of its length and unbelievable changes in elevation. If you are reasonably fit and enjoy walking you then trek is fit for. Person suffering from a pre-existing medical condition must seek medical advice before considering the trek. To prepare for trek you must begin training at least 2-3 months before your departure.

25) IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY AND HIRE TREKKING EQUIPMENT IN NEPAL?
Yes, there are many hardware shops in Kathmandu selling North Face, Lowe Alpine, Mountain Hardware and Kathmandu clothing and trekking equipments. If you are interested to hire than our team will help you for do so.

26) DO I HAVE TO CARRY MY STUFF DURING TREKKING?
You can carry your personal luggage yourself if you want to carry. But most of the trips are designed with porter service to help you carry your stuffs and other necessary trekking equipment so that you can enjoy you treks with no weight to carry.

27) DO I NEED TREKKING PERMIT?
Yes, you need trekking permit while trekking in Nepal. Our staff will help you in getting legal permits to almost any trekking region.

28) HOW SHOULD I DRESS DURING THE TREK?
Zip-off pants and T-shirts are good while trekking in lower altitudes. As trek gain higher altitudes warm clothes, caps and gloves will be required.

29) HOW DO I GET THE TREKKING DESTINATION?
Convenient vehicles and domestic flights will be used to reach to your trekking destination.

30) WHAT DO I DO IF I AM SICK DURING MY TREK?
We take full precautions to prevent you from any sickness. If in case you get sick we will provide you with hot drinks and general medication. If in case this does not work, you will be taken to lower altitudes and provided further help and medication.

31) WHAT IS ALTITUDE SICKNESS?
Altitude sickness is illness that ranges from a mild headache, loss of appetite, weariness and sleeplessness to a life threatening build up of fluid in the lungs or brain which can come across people travelling to the areas of high elevation. One should not ignore early symptoms and negligence can lead to serious warnings causing death. One should be very careful as medicine is not substitute and victims should go down to lower altitudes.
